Newsletter: Based on Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, your personal data will be processed for sending newsletters. Sending takes place without consent only insofar as this is for legally permitted direct advertising. For this purpose, it is assumed on the balance of interests that you would like to be informed at any time about news on existing or new products, e.g. change of end devices, and that your rights and freedoms are not affected by this. Your consent is, however, sought for the sending of newsletters to the extent required by law. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) a) of the GDPR. Your personal data will be processed until your revocation, which is possible at any time.
Lead registration: Based on Art. 6 para. 1 b) of the GDPR, your data will be collected and processed as lead data. The purpose of data processing is to initiate a contract. For this purpose, only the data entered by you in the lead registration form will be processed. The data is stored for the time of the contract initiation. In compliance with legal retention periods, this will be deleted immediately if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, the data will also be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship in compliance with the statutory retention periods.
Any other processing whatsoever of personal data is advertised prior to processing or can be traced by you, because you entered the data yourself. For this purpose storage periods are determined based on the process and implemented in compliance with all the legal obligations.

Surveys
Anonymous survey: This is the case of surveys you answer in our website. Only the survey response will be recorded with the purpose of improving our products, services and marketing initiatives. Your personal data will not be recorded and is not possible to track the answers back to you.
Non-anonymous survey: This is the case where you, as our customer, receive a survey from us via email and give the consent for data processing. Based on Art. 6 I a GDPR your data will be recorded and processed as survey data. The purpose of data processing is to help us improve the user experience for you; to provide and maintain our services; to manage your requests; for machine learning purposes (we use the data to keep training our models and to build new ones); and to understand trends that help us improve your experience. Identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email address, First name and last name, Phone number, Address, IP address and Usage Data such as answers for the questions in the survey. The data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship in compliance with the statutory retention periods. Any further processing of personal data will be displayed to you prior to processing. You can revoke your consent for of the data processing at any time.
